Carmen Villalobos is one of the best-known Colombian actresses on U.S. Hispanic television. Fernanda Castillo, a native of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, has appeared in a number of successful television, film and theater productions in her native Mexico and the United States, including “Clap,” “La Fea Mas Bella,” “Destilando Amor,” “Teresa” and “Amor Bravio” on TV, theater roles in plays such as “Cabaret,” “Hoy No Me Puedo Levantar” and “Los Monologos de la Vagina” and on the big screen in “Rumbos Paralelos,” “No Manches Frida,” “Que Pena Tu Vida,” “Deficit” and “Corazon Marchito.” The lovely and talented actress currently stars in the Emmy Award-winning Super Series™ “El Señor de los Cielos,” in the role of Mónica Robles.

The 2017 edition of “Premios Tu Mundo” will feature 20 competing categories, in addition to three special awards, for a total of 23 awards. Top nominees include CNCO, Carlos Ponce, Carolina Gaitan and David Chocarro.
